OM Movement is a functional movement and yoga studio located in Coconut Grove, Miami. Unlike other yoga studios, OMM offers a variety of strength, mobility, and functional movement classes, as well as personal training services. The community and ambience in the studio is like no other, with natural sunlight throughout and the energy of healing crystals that were originally built into the structure of the building. The instructors themselves are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous towards anyone who walks through the door.
